LA good yoga practice can be such a benefit at work and all areas of life. As an example let's say some one at work keeps repeating something they feel is not working, even after you may have explained why the something may be happening.
So now what should we do?
May be we can ask a few questions about how this person would like to resolve their concern. May be we can give them the opportunity to fix change the something?
More often than not they will either try to get you to do it or back off all together, may be a little mad too.
