Teaching Yoga

I have been taking many yoga classes these days at Honor Yoga in Manalapan NJ.  Great teachers, good studio and all the trimmings for a great community of yogi's.  Tonight I signed up for back to back classes, first a gentle class and then with one of my favorite teachers Nikki who teaches a Flow class, pretty rigorous which I like a lot.
Anyway, there was a pretty good storm during the first class, lights out and a/c off for just a few minutes or so.  There is a half-hour break between classes and everyone left except me and the receptionist Joy.  She told me that the teacher Nikki car was stuck in her garage after the storm and could not make it to the studio.  I asked Joy to call Joseph the owner to offer to cover the class.  He called me and agreed to let me lead the class.
Why did I write this?  I am feeling blessed because I have been holding back from introducing myself and putting my teaching skills on the line.  The universe guides us always and I just went with the flow, allowing myself who have not taught a class in over 9 months.
I look forward to more participation with this community and feel honored to have been a part of it tonight.
In Gratitude
