Taking time

Every morning I take a little time to sit outside and breathe, have some coffee taking some time for myself.  Quiet time for yourself that's what yoga is all about. Sitting, yoga or meditation for just 15 minutes a day or more has made my life some fulfilling.  How about you?  Are you fulfilled?  Take some time to be quiet or just practice yoga a bit and see how that can work.
